Friends and Family Adjusting Together

When someone you care about is adjusting to vision loss, you may be adjusting too.

Vision loss can bring changes not only for the person experiencing it, but also for the people who love and support them. You may find yourself navigating new roles, changing relationships, uncertainty about the future, or your own feelings of grief, stress, frustration, or guilt.

Family & Friends Adjusting Together is a supportive group for family members, friends, and caregivers who are navigating the emotional impact of a loved one’s vision loss. Through guided conversation and connection with others who understand, you’ll have space to talk openly about your own feelings and explore ways to cope with the changes vision loss can bring.

When someone you love experiences vision loss, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
