Your gift to Hadley may be worth twice as much—at no extra cost to you.

Many companies match donations their employees make to nonprofits, often dollar for dollar. If your company is one of them, a simple form submission could double your impact for people adjusting to vision loss.

Contact your human resources or benefits department and ask whether your company matches charitable contributions. If they do, ask for the matching gift form. Most take just a few minutes to complete.

Hadley’s tax ID number (EIN) is 36-2183809. Most matching programs require it when you submit your match request.
