You can continue to shave your legs and underarms, no matter your level of vision, but you may need a few new habits. So let's start with general shaving tips.
First off, use shaving cream or gel. It will help you keep track of where you've shaved and what's left to do. Next, if you're unsure of yourself, practice with the plastic cap on the razor, until you feel more comfortable. Also, keep all your shaving supplies in one spot in your bath. That way you don't have to search for them. Lastly, sit down while you shave. It takes the stress out of the task and puts you in more control. So think about using a bath stool in the shower, or keeping a sturdy chair in the bathroom.
Now for shaving legs, squirt the shaving cream into your hand, and spread a thin layer evenly onto wet skin. Start With the lower leg and shave upwards. Use long smooth strokes with your razor at a slight angle from your leg, the same way you've been doing for years. If you lose track and can't see what shaved already, the shaving cream still on your leg, shows you what's left to do. Repeat these steps for all areas of your legs.
Feel for any stray hairs you may have missed and repeat the steps if necessary. When you're done, rinse off your legs or wipe them down with a damp towel. You'll use the same steps for shaving your underarms. Of course, the strokes will be shorter, and shaving with both up and down strokes here ensures a close shave.
